Job Opportunity

This is a casual position at various major power stations within the Lake Macquarie and Hunter Valley region, with potential for ongoing project / shutdown opportunities.

You will be responsible for supporting the Power team, working closely with NDT Technicians and Inspectors to conduct required inspections and testing of plant and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in conducting inspections and testing of plant and machinery
  • Document findings in a clear and concise format following instruction work packs
  • Conduct replications of metallic surfaces in accordance with procedures
Requirements:
  • Hold an industry White Card
  • Working at Heights, Confined Spaces and Gas Test Atmosphere certifications
  • Experience working in mining, industrial or power settings (advantage)
