Power Maintenance Team Lead

A key role is available for a Coordinator to join our Operations team in Brisbane/Melbourne (Loy Yang)/Tasmania (Georgetown) on a full-time permanent basis.
As a Coordinator, you will play a crucial part in developing and implementing fully integrated maintenance plans and schedules for all plant and equipment for the On Grid Asset Portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the end-to-end short term, long term, outage and overhauls planning & scheduling process including works packaging & sparing for Maintenance Programs.
- Collaborate with site maintenance teams, engineers, and other stakeholders to coordinate maintenance activities to efficiently manage resources and asset availability.
- Accountable for reporting of maintenance KPIs.
- Manage AEMO outage notifications and monitor outage notifications from DNSP & TNSP.
- Develop and administer contractor support contracts including contractor HSE assessment.
- Coordinate, plan, and monitor contract personnel.
- Promote initiatives to improve the productivity of the maintenance scheduling and planning process and the execution of work.
- Oversee the creation, organization, and maintenance of maintenance documents ensuring that they are up-to-date and properly archived.
- Support the sites with managing all maintenance tasks, job plans related documents and drawings.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Essential Trade or Engineering qualifications (Electrical Trades) and demonstrated experience in planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities in the power industries.
- Data analysis and reporting skills.
- Contract management and documentation proficiency.
- Experience in collating maintenance work packs and permitting.
- Demonstrated experience using computer maintenance management systems, specifically Maximo.
- Electricity TNSP or DNSP planning and scheduling experience highly regarded.
