About this role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Property Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire property transaction process from start to finish.

  • Handle all aspects of residential and commercial property conveyancing
  • Conduct thorough property searches and due diligence
  • Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
  • Liaise with clients, real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders
  • Prepare settlement documents
  • Monitor PEXA workspace and attend settlements
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and colleagues
  • Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during the conveyancing process

About you:

  • Strong knowledge of property law and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
  • Proficient in using technology and software relevant to the role
