Job Title:

Pool Operations Manager

Lead the delivery of high-quality, safe and community-focused aquatic services.

  • Manage contracts and service providers to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and organisational policies.
  • Oversee operational standards across the region.
Key Responsibilities:

As a Pool Operations Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining public swimming pools and aquatic centres.
  • Safeguarding the health and wellbeing of customers.
  • Ensuring facilities meet operational standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma qualification in Business Management, Sports and Recreation or relevant discipline.
  • Contract management experience, including preparing contract documentation and overseeing contractor performance.
  • Proven experience in operating and managing public swimming pools or aquatic centres.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, including conflict resolution and negotiation.
