We are seeking a motivated and energetic Account Manager to join our team in Prestons, Sydney, Australia.
The successful candidate will have experience in blue collar recruitment, with a proven track record of building instant rapport with clients and fine-tuning their administration, HR/Safety and customer service skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage, service and grow your portfolio of accounts ensuring excellent customer service is provided at all times
- Conduct site visits as required
- Empower a safe workforce
- Attend to pay queries and payroll emails promptly
- Identify, cultivate and develop new clients and opportunities
- Conduct risk assessments for client sites and new clients using LP's risk assessment procedure
- Conduct monthly job observations and toolbox talks for all designated clients
The knowledge, skills and abilities we're looking for:
- Demonstrated experience in blue collar recruitment
- A proactive and energetic approach to your work
- Exceptional time management
- An understanding and appreciation of compliance
- Excellent customer service
- A strong internal & external rapport with key stakeholders
- Able to multi-task in this exciting high volume environment
- Intermediate to advanced computer and MS office skills
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Experience in managing a team and providing feedback and at times performance managing staff
