The Role

We are seeking an experienced Squad Coach to join our energetic team on a part-time basis at Mounties Health & Fitness, Mount Pritchard.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement competitive squad training programs.
  • Facilitate athlete pathways to regional, state, and national competitions.
  • Collaborate with the swimming committee and stakeholders.
  • Plan, coordinate, and evaluate the squad program to meet business objectives.
  • Develop junior coaches professionally.
  • Manage meet attendance and the Season Calendar.

You should have a passion for mentoring and coaching, and be committed to developing a successful swimming program by working with community bodies, parents, and stakeholders. Strategic thinking and high customer service standards are essential.

About You

  • Proven experience in competitive squad environments.
  • Willingness to grow and develop as a coach.
  • Experience coaching at National Age & open qualifiers.
  • Good standing with Swimming NSW / Swimming Australia.
  • Current ASCTA Silver or Advanced Licence, or equivalent.
  • Working with Children's Check, First Aid, and CPR certifications.
  • Flexible availability including days, nights, and weekends.
  • Ability to maintain high standards under pressure.
