Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled F&B Service Expert to join our team at Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the restaurant service period, providing attentive and personalized service to our guests.
  • Deliver service excellence throughout the complete food and beverage experience, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.
  • Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensure all checklists are completed daily, with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Handle general enquiries, creating meaningful guest experiences that are tailored to their requirements.
  • Support the Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks, working collaboratively to achieve our goals.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service, enabling future bookings.

About You

  • You will have a current RSA and relevant experience in a similar role.
  • You will be enthusiastic to escalate your career and motivated to deliver exceptional service.
  • You will be self-motivated, driven, and energized in a fast-paced environment.
