We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Team Member to join our team at Novotel Sydney International Airport.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Explain menus to guests and assist with special dietary needs or preferences.
  • Welcome and seat guests according to hotel standards.
  • Use POS system to place orders.
  • Liaise with the kitchen on special requests or delayed meals.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation.
  • Promote a safe workplace by recognizing hazards and promoting general WHS practices.

Requirements:

  • Previous food and beverage experience desirable.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Hold a valid RSA.
