Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Beverage and Food All-Rounder to join our dynamic team at Moxy Sydney Airport. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the B&F outlet service period, providing top-notch service to our guests and exceeding their expectations.
  • Deliver a seamless food and beverage experience, ensuring guests have a great time throughout their stay.
  • Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensure all checklists are completed daily, with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Understand guest requirements and provide service excellence with each customer interaction.
  • Support the Beverage and Food Crew in general operational tasks, ensuring the smooth running of the outlet.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to drive future bookings.
About You
  • You hold a current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
  • You have relevant experience in a similar role, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • You possess working rights in Australia and are enthusiastic about escalating your career.
  • You are self-motivated, driven, and energized in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude.
