  • Undertake thorough underwriting of schemes and policies, ensuring accurate risk assessments and strategic decision-making.">
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to brokers, distribution partners, and internal colleagues.">
  • Collaborate with the Northern Region Manager and wider Underwriting & Distribution team to maximize portfolio profitability.">
  • Contribute to the development of a workplace learning environment.">

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lines underwriting and business development.">
  • Strong broker relationship skills, with a focus on building genuine connections.">
  • ANZIIF Associate qualification (completed or in progress) or relevant tertiary qualifications.">
  • Natural relationship builder with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Business acumen and passion for insurance, with a drive to deliver results.">
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.">
