About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Planning Director to join our team at Coca Cola. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Route to Market (RTM) models to deliver high service levels, cost-effectiveness, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement RTM models to optimize sales channels and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Partner with external parties to create RTM ecosystems and expand system reach
  • Build a depository of RTM models best practices and key learnings

Requirements

  • At least 7-8 years of leadership experience in Commercial Planning and Commercial Execution
  • Proven system understanding of RTM and customer knowledge
  • Deep understanding of sales force standard operating routines, processes, and metrics
  • Solid analytical and conceptual skills
  • Desirable to have candidates with bottler experience
