Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Planning Director to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and overseeing the development of portfolio/overall schedules and implementing mechanisms for monitoring subsequent progress against the plan.

  • Develop and review working programs in coordination with development and delivery teams.
  • Provide and review schedule analysis, forecasts, and what-if scenarios required to support strategic planning.
  • Maintain and manage the master program, including sitewide activities, logistics, and interfaces coordination for the assets.
  • Contribute to the preparation of project reports, forecasts, and analysis to ensure reporting integrity, consistency, and that produced reports meet requirements, policies, and standards.
  • Provide overview analysis of progress status and schedule trends to identify problem areas and recommend corrective action where necessary.
  • Collaborate with the Project Controls team and lead meetings related to program development/updates.
  • Provide commercial teams with progress updates/forecasts required to produce budget forecasts and cashflows.
The Successful Applicant

An ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or any related construction field with a minimum of 18 years of experience, out of which the last 8 years in a managerial role.
