Residential Aged Care Home Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our residential aged care home, providing exceptional leadership and management skills. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in strategic oversight, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and resident-centred care.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of clinical and support staff, ensuring excellence in care delivery to all residents.
  • Balance strategic oversight, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and resident-centred care.
  • Oversee a dedicated team of approx. 100 staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive operational performance, including accreditation, compliance, and financial sustainability.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, healthcare providers, and the wider community.
  • Champion innovation, diversity, and continuous improvement in aged care services.
  • Partner with senior leadership to deliver on strategic goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Extensive experience as a Home Manager or equivalent leadership role in Residential Aged Care.
  • Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, compliance frameworks, and sector reform.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
