Aged Care Leader

Provide leadership and stability in facilities where your expertise is most needed.

This role offers the opportunity to oversee operational and clinical management of residential aged care facilities, ensuring compliance with organisational policy and government regulations. The successful candidate will lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operational and clinical management of residential aged care facilities in accordance with organisational policy and government regulations.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
  • Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, ACFI, accreditation requirements, and continuous improvement frameworks.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and clinical documentation aligned with current legislation and internal procedures.
  • Support and mentor staff to promote a culture of safety, collaboration, and excellence in care.
  • Manage facility budgets, resources, and occupancy levels effectively.
  • Engage with residents, families, staff, and the wider community with compassion and professionalism.
