About the role:

We are seeking an Accommodation and Flights Coordinator to join our People Logistics team in Brisbane. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, with occasional on-call duties every 4 weeks. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small team to assist with customer service for accommodation and flights for our Blackwater and Daunia operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve invoices, prepare forecasts and accruals
  • Flight schedule planning and management
  • Accommodation planning and coordination
  • Disruption/no show management
  • Utilisation and improvement reporting
  • Business process improvement
  • Team development (cross-skilling and development)

Requirements:

  • Exceptional skill in the use of INX SAM Suite (SAM and Workflow)
  • Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
  • Intermediate level skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • High level of organisation, time management and problem-solving skills
