About The Role
Due to exciting business growth, our Brisbane office is looking for Payroll superstars to join our team which will support our new QLD operations. This role is accountable for coordinating the preparation and distribution of employee remuneration in an accurate and timely manner.

What You'll Do
As well as providing a high standard of quality transactional payroll services, duties will include:

- Process and distribute payroll, ensuring the regular payment of full entitlements to all employees in an accurate and timely manner
- Weekly, Fortnightly and monthly payroll
- Conduct monthly reconciliations where required
- Process and set up new employees in the system
- Maintain an up to date understanding of all Awards, Enterprise Bargaining Agreements, and Acts pertaining to payroll and the Coal Industry
- Maintain accurate employee data including importing payroll files
- Liaise with external organisations as required
- Full payroll cycle including processing terminations

What You'll Bring
In addition to working in a high-volume processing environment, you have:

- Experience as a payroll officer'
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experienced in the use of SAP, Success Factors and Kronos desirable
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
