We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our administrative and facilities team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, experience in managing teams, and a strong understanding of administrative and facilities operations.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our administrative and facilities departments. This includes managing budgets, coordinating projects, and ensuring that all facilities and equipment are well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of administrative and facilities staff
- Develop and implement operational plans and strategies
- Manage budgets and ensure effective use of resources
- Maintain high-quality facilities and equipment
- Coordinate projects and initiatives to achieve business objectives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership or management role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Experience in managing budgets and resources
- A strong understanding of administrative and facilities operations
- A degree in Business Administration or a related field
