Operations Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Supervisor to lead the planning and delivery of unforgettable camp experiences. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all programs are safe, engaging, and tailored to achieve each school's learning outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading outdoor education programs and teams, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are also essential.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality programs in breathtaking natural locations and making a positive impact on young lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all aspects of program delivery from planning to post-camp review.
  • Supervise and support a team of Senior Instructors and Outdoor Educators.
  • Design programs in consultation with schools to meet specific objectives.
  • Manage rosters, staffing, and equipment maintenance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Cert IV or higher in Outdoor Recreation/Education (or equivalent).
  • Current First Aid and CPR (Remote Area First Aid desirable).
  • Current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain).
