Job Description

This role presents a unique opportunity to work with young individuals aged 13 to 18 who are struggling with mental health issues. As an Occupational Therapist Assistant, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for delivering structured activities and interventions that support recovery and empowerment.

Main Job Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the assessment, monitoring, evaluation, and modification of structured activities designed to meet the needs of service users.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver care plans that cater to the diverse requirements of young people.
  • Support service users in achieving their goals and accessing necessary services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • GCSE/O-Levels (A-C) or equivalent NVQ2 qualifications.
  • Prior experience working in similar environments and mental health settings is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role.
