About the Role:
  • This position involves working closely with individuals from Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander backgrounds to provide tailored support and services that help them overcome barriers and achieve sustainable employment outcomes.
  • You will build and maintain strong relationships with local employers and community groups to identify opportunities for cultural exchange and collaboration.
  • Your key responsibility will be to develop and implement plans that create successful pathways to employment for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander individuals, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver culturally safe and holistic services that empower Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander individuals to secure employment and improve their overall well-being
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH LOCAL EMPLOYERS AND COMMUNITY GROUPS TO INCREASE EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR MOB
  • DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT CULTURALLY SAFE PATHWAYS TO EMPLOYMENT FOR INDIVIDUALS FROM ABORIGINAL AND/OR TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER BACKGROUNDS
