A leading water management solutions provider seeks a highly skilled Design Manager to join their team. In this key role, you will be responsible for delivering complex and high-impact projects across the country.

About the Role

You will utilise your expertise in dams engineering and design, leadership, coordination, and communication skills to successfully engage and guide project delivery teams. This involves collaborating with leaders across the organisation for the successful delivery of projects, as well as assisting with project resourcing and business initiatives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Overall design delivery, including ultimate carriage on any design project decisions.
    • Engage and guide project delivery teams.
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and consulting experience.
  • Experience in dams engineering and design, preferably 8 years or more.
  • Proven track record in the successful delivery of large projects on time, within budget, and outstanding quality.
  • Excellent communication skills and high-quality technical and non-technical report writing.
  • Client relationship and management skills and experience.
