The Job Summary

This is a Technical Business Analyst role in the Strategy and Transformation team. You will support AI-driven and transformation initiatives. This role combines strategic insight, technical knowledge, and delivery focus.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Insight: Identify opportunities for value creation, support strategic planning, align requirements with business goals, and contribute to business cases.
  2. Technical Delivery: Document requirements, translate them into user stories, collaborate with delivery teams, and support agile planning.
  3. AI & Automation: Partner with AI Labs to design AI solutions, analyze data flows, validate models, and support testing and benefits tracking.
  4. Digitalisation: Contribute to digitization and process improvements, map workflows, and support change management.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate workshops, communicate technical concepts, build relationships, and manage expectations.
  6. Data Analysis: Perform data analysis, define data requirements, support dashboard development, and monitor data quality and compliance.
Qualifications and Experience
  1. Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field; relevant certifications preferred.
  2. 3+ years of experience in business analysis with a technical focus, preferably within transformation or digital programs.
  3. Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, data models, and AI/automation technologies.
  4. Experience with agile tools (DevOps, SQL, Power BI, Visio).
  5. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  6. Experience in professional services or large-scale transformation environments is highly desirable.
