About This Strategic Role

We seek a visionary leader to drive the Enterprise Resource Planning transformation at our organization. As a key strategist, you will oversee and optimize Oracle ERP and Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud platforms, associated systems, and foster platform performance, user experience, and cross-functional collaboration to support our mission.

This opportunity enables you to shape the future of enterprise technology in a values-driven environment. You will lead integration of ERP with other enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) tools, ensure ERP systems comply with international data privacy regulations and internal security policies, and facilitate daily stand-up meetings and maintain visibility of backlog items.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the global ERP platform strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT architecture
  • Manage end-to-end ERP implementation projects including planning, execution, testing, and go-live support
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize ERP performance, usability, and business value
  • Oversee integration of ERP with other enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools
  • Build and maintain relationships with ERP vendors, consultants, and implementation partners

Requirements:

  • Proven ERP implementation experience with Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Expertise in project management tools e.g. Microsoft Project, DevOps, and agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience in complex organizational environments with cross-functional collaboration
