Job Title: Platform Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to oversee the performance, stability, and optimization of our OneStream platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of financial consolidation processes and hands-on experience in EPM administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure, maintain, and administer the OneStream application, including user access, security roles, and system parameters.
  • Provide expert support for financial consolidation processes and offer system guidance to the finance team.
  • Contribute to developing and enhancing planning functionality as the system roadmap evolves.
  • Monitor performance, manage integrations, and ensure the reliability and availability of the platform.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and process issues, escalating to vendors when necessary.
  • Coordinate testing and deployment of upgrades and enhancements, minimizing disruptions to business operations.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, controls, and system configurations.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of financial consolidation processes.
  • Hands-on experience in EPM administration.
  • Familiarity with planning modules within EPM software.
  • Background in accounting, finance, and financial systems.
  • Able to collaborate closely with finance stakeholders and support reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Familiarity with relational databases, data integration, and scripting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

This role involves working closely with the finance team to ensure seamless delivery of financial information and processes.
