Technical Lead for Enterprise Infrastructure

We are seeking a seasoned technical expert to drive the development of our enterprise-scale platform infrastructure.

This role focuses on delivering high-reliability, high-performance, and developer-friendly infrastructure that supports our engineering ecosystem.

The successful candidate will define and execute the technical strategy for foundational infrastructure and tooling that powers all of our products.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our technology stack.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale platform infrastructure that supports high-volume workflows across our product ecosystem.
  • Drive architectural modernization initiatives and define the technical roadmap for platform services and developer tooling.
  • Establish and champion engineering best practices, reliability standards, and operational excellence across the Platform team and broader engineering organization.
  • Design and implement comprehensive monitoring, observability, and automation strategies that ensure exceptional uptime for mission-critical operations.
  • Collaborate with engineering leadership and product teams to align platform strategy with business objectives and growth plans.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience leading platform engineering, site reliability, or infrastructure initiatives at scale.
  • Expert-level proficiency in cloud infrastructure design and implementation, particularly AWS.
  • Advanced experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform & Ansible) and building scalable automation frameworks.
  • Strong programming/scripting skills in Python, Go, Bash for tooling and automation.
  • Proven track record designing monitoring, logging, and observability solutions using Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar.
