The Deputy Chief MIT plays a crucial role in supporting the team at I-MED Radiology Network. The position involves coordinating day-to-day operations, staff supervision, and maintaining clinical excellence. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Radiographers to take on leadership responsibilities and contribute to the growth of the network.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage technologist workforce requirements and productivity, including staff rostering and leave management
- Mentor and develop technologist staff, providing clinical guidance across clinics
- Ensure outstanding service delivery and supervise day-to-day management of the Medical Imaging department
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and refine work practices to improve clinical and financial outcomes
