Retail Sales Leader

The ideal candidate for this role will be a seasoned retail sales professional with natural charisma and leadership skills. They will lead dynamic in-store teams to help accelerate the world's transition to sustainable transportation.
- Lead and motivate sales teams through customer education and product knowledge, ensuring they meet sales, delivery, and productivity goals.
- Analyse data to determine optimal business strategies and set individual goals for your team.
- Partner with marketing to identify local marketing opportunities that drive sales.
- Ensure all employees provide exceptional customer experiences.
- Manage escalations effectively, empowering employees to make decisions in the customer's best interest.
- Recruit, train, and develop management team and employees, ensuring all positions are filled in a timely manner.
- Evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and identify high-potential talent for succession planning.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of applicable experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Exceptional management and coaching skills, as well as self-motivation and prioritization abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, dedication, and an ethical approach to sales operations.
- Able to develop collaborative relationships and work evenings and weekends in a retail environment.
