Job Title: Rural Sales Manager About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic individual to manage rural products sales operations and lead a team to drive growth, exceed sales targets, and deliver exceptional client service. The successful candidate will have experience leading sales teams and a background in agronomy or the rural industry. They will be responsible for managing all aspects of rural products operations, including sales and inventory performance, staffing requirements, and customer relationships. To succeed in this role, you will need strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to interpret and prepare profit and loss reports.   4. Provide exceptional customer service and advice on rural products while introducing new product lines
  5. Assist with the development and implementation of retail strategy, including implementing and driving key sales campaigns and activities
