Job Overview

The Security Team Manager is responsible for leading a team of security professionals at a major datacenter site, ensuring a safe and secure environment while building a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and manage site-based security officers, responders, and control room staff to optimize performance and achieve objectives.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop team members in partnership with local stakeholders to enhance team capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with established security policies, procedures, and audit standards to maintain a secure environment.
  • Act as a responder or control room supervisor when required to address emerging situations.
  • Monitor and maintain on-site security systems (CCTV, access control, etc.) to prevent security breaches.
  • Track performance metrics and ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met or exceeded.
  • Handle documentation, incident reports, and client communications in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support audits, inspections, and safety reviews to identify areas for improvement.

The ideal candidate will possess NV1 Clearance, a minimum of 4+ years of experience in business operations, and proven team management experience.
