Key Role: Airport Shuttle Driver

This is a full-time position at Brisbane Airport, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service to ensure the safe transportation of passengers and their luggage.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide shuttle services between airport terminal and office location in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Build rapport with customers, respond to queries, and provide relevant information to enhance their experience.
  • Refuel and maintain shuttle equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Conduct thorough cleanliness inspections to maintain high standards of presentation.
  • Ensure the safe transportation, loading, and unloading of passengers and luggage.
  • Comply with road safety regulations, company policies, local airport authorities, traffic management, and other local laws.

Requirements:

  • A current, valid, and unrestricted driver's license.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
  • Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business hours.
  • Strong commitment to customer service and going the extra mile.
  • Willingness to undergo a medical assessment.
