Transportation Specialist Wanted

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Transportation Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting customers between Brisbane Airport and our branch at Eagle Farm, utilizing a shuttle bus and providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Pick up and drop off passengers, assisting with luggage as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any feedback or issues promptly.
  • Assist with detailing of passenger and commercial vehicles, adhering to company standards.
  • Perform safety and damage checks, ensuring vehicles are in good working order.
  • Maintain accurate kilometre readings and check fuel levels regularly.
  • Ensure all WHS requirements are followed to maintain a zero-harm workplace.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role, with a current open driver's license.
  • A QLD Drivers Accreditation (or be willing to obtain it at their own cost).
  • Excellent customer service and problem resolution skills.
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills.
  • A strong ability to work unsupervised.
