Opal HealthCare is Australia's leading residential aged care provider, with a network of 132 Care Communities across the country. As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales and administration function at Killarney Vale Care Community.

Job Summary

  • This is a full-time opportunity based in Killarney Vale Care Community, Monday to Friday.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the sales and admissions process, conducting tours, and proactively managing sales enquiries.
  • You will build meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders, maximise occupancy, and support the implementation of approved marketing events.
  • You will also assist with processing staff payroll, accounts payable and receivable, petty cash, and invoicing.
  • In addition, you will provide excellent client services, general enquiries, and assistance with recruitment processes, including drafting employment contracts.
  • You will manage team rosters and timesheets, and perform reception and other administration duties as required.

About the Role

  • Based at Killarney Vale Care Community
  • Full-time, Monday to Friday
  • Ensure the sales and admissions process runs smoothly
  • Conduct tours to showcase our community
  • Proactively manage sales enquiries to meet targets
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maximise occupancy by identifying and pursuing new opportunities
  • Support the implementation of approved marketing events
  • Assist with processing staff payroll, accounts payable and receivable, petty cash, and invoicing
  • Provide excellent client services and general enquiries
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including drafting employment contracts
  • Manage team rosters and timesheets
  • Perform reception and other administration duties as required
