We are seeking a skilled Functional Assessor to join our team.

Job Description:
  • Evaluate medical evidence from healthcare professionals and other relevant sources
  • Conduct face-to-face assessments with clients to gather information about their functional capacity
  • Develop comprehensive reports detailing the results of assessments and recommendations for support
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure consistency and accuracy in assessments

As a successful Functional Assessor, you will possess excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality services. You will be self-motivated and able to work independently, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to upholding professional standards.
