We are seeking a dedicated Airfreight Customer Implementation & Onboarding Coordinator to join our dynamic team based in Alexandria, NSW.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather client information and documentation to analyse the scope of work before implementation or reimplementation.
  • Set up and maintain all relevant systems during client implementation or reimplementations.
  • Create standard operating procedures (SOP) or customer handling guidelines as required.
  • Implement customers according to the implementation checklist.
  • Communicate account requirements to internal stakeholders.
  • Provide training based on client-specific requirements throughout the business or to clients.
  • Monitor shipments and KPIs after implementation.

Competencies and Skills Required:

  • Local knowledge of air products, processes, and requirements.
  • Experience in air freight forwarding.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional etiquette.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
