Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned recruitment professional to join our team as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. As a key member of our talent acquisition team, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent for our organization.

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing strategic recruitment plans to meet business objectives
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Building relationships with hiring managers, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless talent acquisition processes
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform recruitment strategies
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest recruitment technologies and best practices to continually improve our talent acquisition processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a senior capacity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills
  • Knowledge of recruitment software and technology, preferably ATS systems
  • Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
