Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our NSW Team as an Operations Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide operational support to the Operations Manager and Install Teams, working in a fast-paced and energetic environment.

  • You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, including timesheets, purchase orders, processing invoices, and directing customer queries.
  • You will assist the team with general reporting queries, onboarding new vendors, and developing new processes to improve workflow efficiency.
  • You will ensure 100% compliance with all relevant policies and review weekly and monthly schedules.
  • You will work closely with customers throughout the process, including issue escalations, and suggest and implement process improvement ideas within the Install Operations team.
Requirements
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organisational, administrative skills and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines
  • High level of expertise in MS Office software including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member and independently
Salary

The estimated salary for this position is around $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
