Job Opportunity: Manufacturing Manager

This is a pivotal role that oversees the smooth operation of our manufacturing site, ensuring that all processes are optimized for efficiency and productivity.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example and drive a culture of safety excellence within the team.
  • Foster continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and eliminate waste.
  • Develop and implement strategies to boost production efficiency and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with quality, supply chain, and engineering teams to achieve operational excellence.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and performance management to ensure the team reaches its full potential.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards, including ISO, HACCP, and GMP.
Requirements and Qualifications:
