Overview

Christmas Experience Team Leaders - Outer West Sydney role at Scene to Believe. Lead Santa's enchanted photo world with energy, leadership and a festive mindset. You will inspire, support and lead a team of Elves to create magical moments for all visitors, keeping operations smooth and the magic alive during the festive season.

We are hiring Christmas Experience Team Leaders (Chief Elves) across Australia and New Zealand. This position focuses on sites in the Outer West Sydney Region, including: Rouse Hill Town Centre, Westpoint, Plumpton Marketplace, Kellyville Pets, The Vineyard, Mount Druitt, and Penrith.

Responsibilities
  • Leading and motivating your team to deliver unforgettable visitor experiences
  • Managing daily operations, rosters and workflow
  • Welcoming families and maintaining a joyful atmosphere
  • Maintaining energy and positivity, even on the busiest days
  • Leading with warmth, professionalism and festive flair
  • Overseeing POS operations and processing visitor prints and photo packages with care
  • Ensuring every family's photo moment with Santa is top quality
Qualifications & Requirements
  • A leader who inspires and supports those around you
  • Great with people (and pets) of all ages
  • Organised, adaptable and calm under pressure
  • Strong communicator who thrives in a team environment
  • Focus on creating positive experiences for visitors and the team
  • Have or be willing to obtain a Working with Children's Clearance
