Role Overview

The role of a Guest Services Associate is to provide exceptional service to our valued customers. This includes greeting and assisting with parking, as well as providing chauffeur services.

  • To direct customers to the relevant department and staff member in a timely and efficient manner.
  • To assist with transportation needs as required.

Requirements:

  • A strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • A current manual or automatic driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • An outgoing and positive attitude to ensure a great customer experience.
