Job Title: Guest Room Service Associate

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure assigned guest rooms and other areas are serviced promptly and efficiently.
  2. Identify and report any maintenance or security issues to the supervisor or Executive Housekeeper.
  3. Collect and return any guest property left in vacated rooms with care.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve seamless service delivery and exceed guest expectations.
