Room Attendant

The role of Room Attendant is a key position within our hospitality team. As part of this team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service are maintained throughout our facilities.

  • Maintaining a high level of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the facility
  • Undertaking daily cleaning, replenishing and servicing of guest rooms and common areas
  • Ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
  • Maintain a high level of customer service

You will work in a collaborative environment with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is highly valued. You must have a good understanding of security measures and procedures, as well as manual handling and chemical handling practices.
