Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Services Agent to join our team. As a Guest Services Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and residences during their stay.

You will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be required to handle all aspects of their stay, including check-in and check-out, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and has a strong ability to problem solve and work independently.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience using RMS9 and Cloud Hospitality Software is an advantage
  • Strong ability to use basic Microsoft Office systems
  • The ability to problem solve and think critically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
