Job Overview

This role involves planning, coordinating, and monitoring project timelines and resources as a highly organized Project Coordinator Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules including administrative tasks and sites involved in the project.
  • Coordinate with project staff to gather status updates ensuring that schedules are accurate and comprehensive.
  • Identify and report project risks and delays to management.
  • Collaborate with other project personnel to resolve schedule conflicts and optimize project timelines.
  • Maintain Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all installations and repairs meet or exceed set standards.
  • Facilitate Team Communication: Ensure clear and consistent communication within the team and with other project stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned on project goals and updates.
Requirements:
  • Possess US TS/SCI with Polygraph or AUS PV Clearance.
  • Hold a minimum of a BA/BS from an accredited institution in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Harness at least 5 years of experience with project management software like MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills and excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Show strong decision-making skills, attention to detail, and flexibility to adapt to changing conditions, technologies, and requirements.
