Job Title: Project Coordinator Specialist

About the Role:

The project coordinator specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of projects across teams. This dynamic position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Dissolve complex projects into manageable tasks, setting timeframes and goals.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, effectively communicating project status to all stakeholders.
  • Implement quality control measures to guarantee that all installations and repairs meet or exceed set standards.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Must be a US or Australian citizen.
  • Possess an active US Top Secret/SCI w/ Polygraph or AUS PV Clearance.
  • Have a minimum of five years of maintenance operations coordination experience.
  • Excel in communication and interpersonal skills.

This role is located in Alice Springs, AU, and requires 100% onsite presence.
