We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solution Engineer to join our Public Sector for Tableau Solution Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and success in our state and federal government business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Tableau and Salesforce's solutions to prospects and customers while handling all technical objections in the sales cycle.
  • Through carefully planned discovery with a variety of stakeholders, uncover the specific business requirements and value drivers that make this a compelling and transformative project.
  • Work with the extended sales team to develop a differentiated solution, demonstrate it to the customer, and address any questions and concerns they may have.
  • Build impactful relationships with your customers and strive to become their trusted advisor.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills with a focus on capturing requirements and use cases, developing a solution, and articulating business value.
  • Outstanding presentation and demonstration skills with a focus on storytelling.
  • Ability to work as part of a team to solve business and technical problems.
  • Experience of working across a range of industries and be able to understand the current landscape and typical challenges and opportunities.
Preferred Skills
  • NV-1 or baseline clearance is preferred.
  • Experience in a comparable pre-sales position, supporting the sales cycle in selling CRM or other high-value business solutions.
  • Federal industry experience.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce technologies.
  • Familiarity with Australian Government Cloud Compliance standards and certifications.
