The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing business solutions that drive strategic growth and improvement. This will involve working closely with stakeholders to elicit and document business and technical requirements, analyzing and documenting business process and data flows, and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with expected business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a traceability framework to ensure project deliverables link to business outcomes via clear and concise business and technical requirements.
- Elicit and document business and technical requirements that align with the Data & Analytics transformation program's strategy and goals.
- Analyze and document business process and data flows to provide context for both current and future states.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, facilitating workshops, meetings, and working groups to ensure appropriate involvement in the development of business and technical requirements.
- Review and provide feedback on business and technical design documents, ensuring alignment with expected business outcomes.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated expertise leading business and technical requirement development and validation in large-scale business data and analytics transformation programs.
- Experience with implementing Cloud Data Platforms and/or Analytics applications, including data architecture (e.g., Data Models, ETL, data governance, security).
- Expertise in documenting data and process flows to analyze and provide context for business and technical requirements.
- Ability to gather, analyze, and translate business data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Practical experience with Agile Delivery frameworks, including developing Initiatives, Epics, User Stories, and other documentation.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience working with diverse project teams, in-house development, and vendors to deploy complex, integrated technologies and effect business change.
- Experience as a Scrum Master.
- Experience with the SAS Viya 4 platform.
- Proficient data analysis skills (e.g., SQL, Python).
- Experience working in data and analytics business areas.
Security Clearance:
Candidates must be Australian citizens due to security clearance requirements for this role.
