Job Overview:

This is a fixed term, part-time position averaging 22.8 hours per week, onsite at our St Albans site with potential to attend other locations as required. The role plays a vital role in ensuring that we maintain full compliance with all relevant regulatory and curriculum frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead compliance and quality assurance across nationally funded training programs.
  2. Coordinate compliance audits and validations, manage rectification actions, and support continuous improvement processes.
  3. Facilitate staff understanding of compliance obligations through training and guidance.
  4. Ensure all operational, training, assessment, data reporting, and recordkeeping practices meet internal quality standards and external audit requirements.
  5. Support the General Manager in ensuring we comply with Regulatory and Curriculum Frameworks and maintains funding eligibility, contractual performance, and regulatory registration.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Tertiary qualifications in relevant disciplines, including compliance, education, and management.
  2. Minimum two (2) years of education leadership experience in the community education or Vocational Education and Training sector, specifically compliance-focused.
  3. Broad understanding of the contractual, legislative, and regulatory environment in which we operate.
  4. Demonstrated experience developing, implementing, and monitoring quality assurance frameworks.
  5. Demonstrated experience developing, implementing, and monitoring data collection and reporting.
  6. Passion for community development and education; ability to work in a diverse environment and collaborate with teams.
  7. Proven time management and prioritisation skills to meet deadlines in a complex setting.
  8. Strong communication, engagement and negotiation skills with diverse communities and teams.
