This is a critical role within our organization, responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks and maintaining quality standards.

About the Role
  • We are seeking an experienced professional to lead compliance efforts across nationally funded training programs.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating audits, validating compliance, managing rectification actions, and driving continuous improvement processes.
  • Furthermore, they will facilitate staff understanding of compliance obligations through training and guidance.
  • Additionally, they will ensure all operational practices meet internal quality standards and external audit requirements.
  • In collaboration with the General Manager, this individual will ensure the organization maintains compliance with Regulatory and Curriculum Frameworks and meets funding eligibility and contractual performance criteria.
Key Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in relevant disciplines, including compliance, education, and management.
  • A minimum of two years' experience in education leadership, specifically in the community education or Vocational Education and Training sector, with a focus on compliance.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the contractual, legislative, and regulatory environment.
  • Experience developing, implementing, and monitoring quality assurance frameworks and data collection/reporting systems.
  • Prioritization and time management skills to meet deadlines in a complex setting.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills with diverse communities and teams.
