Our team has a number of exciting roles available for experienced, passionate Human Factors professionals.

You'll provide expertise to a variety of projects ranging from integrating Human Factors concepts in flagship buildings and infrastructure design to providing behavioural insights for bespoke projects.

As a Human Factors professional, you will contribute to the creation (or improvement) and implementation of Human Factors processes, methods, tools, templates to best practices standards.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A qualification in an Ergonomics, Industrial Design, or Psychology related discipline
  • Detailed knowledge and understanding of Human Factors process and standards including ISO 9241-Part 10, integrating Human Centred Design
  • Excellent peer review and report writing skills
  • Ability to develop successful commercial proposals and tender responses
  • Ability to manage different stakeholders and identify end-user needs
