About this role:


We're seeking a seasoned Product Discovery and UX Design Specialist to join our greenfields product squad. As a key member of the team, you'll drive innovation and rapid expansion by leveraging AI expertise to automate and enhance product experiences.

Your Mission:


Discover and design intelligent experiences that simplify sports administration and participation for millions of users across our global ecosystem. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring AI features to life and contribute to user growth goals and product expansion.

Requirements:


You'll need 7+ years of UX design and/or product management experience, a proven track record of shipping products at scale, and advanced proficiency in modern design tools and prototyping. A portfolio demonstrating AI product design experience and measurable success is also essential. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of user research and be comfortable designing for diverse user needs across different regions and use cases.
